For Coaching Services by Dr. Chris Croley
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms Welcome to the coaching and strategic advisory services of Dr. Chris Croley. By enrolling in these services (“Services”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). This Agreement is effective as of the date of enrollment (“Effective Date”) and constitutes the entire understanding between Dr. Chris Croley (“Coach”) and the Client.
2. Nature of Services Dr. Croley offers leadership coaching, operational strategy consulting, and MedSpa business development services. These Services are designed to support established MedSpa owners in stepping confidently into their CEO role through:
- Private 1:1 coaching sessions
- Strategic growth and systemization plans
- Business model refinement and leadership development
These Services are strictly educational and advisory. They do not include medical, legal, financial, or psychological services. Dr. Croley does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and will not serve as a healthcare provider in any capacity within the scope of this agreement. Any reference to clinical scenarios is purely educational. All decisions related to patient care or business operations are solely the responsibility of the Client.
3. Fees and Payment Clients may purchase coaching sessions individually or in packages. All fees will be communicated clearly prior to booking and are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice. Payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities By participating in these Services, the Client agrees to:
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions
- Implement strategies at their discretion and risk
- Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary frameworks, materials, or session content
- Take full responsibility for all business decisions and outcomes
Client acknowledges that any decisions made, actions taken, or results obtained from use of the Services are at their sole discretion and risk. Dr. Croley shall not be held responsible for the success or failure of any business decision or outcome based on coaching.
5. Confidentiality All conversations and materials shared within coaching sessions are confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any sensitive or proprietary business information, client case studies, or personal matters discussed during sessions, except where required by law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided “as is.” While Dr. Croley commits to offering strategic insights grounded in professional experience, he makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue increases, or specific results. Client success depends on many variables beyond the Coach’s control. The information provided is not medical advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial counsel.
7. Intellectual Property All materials shared by Dr. Croley—including frameworks, documents, tools, or systems—are proprietary and may not be shared, duplicated, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. If terminated by the Client, unused sessions are non-refundable. If terminated by the Coach for cause (including misconduct or breach of terms), no refund shall be issued.
9. Limitation of Liability Dr. Croley is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these Services. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach against any and all claims resulting from actions taken as a result of coaching advice or materials.
10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Entire Agreement This document constitutes the full agreement between the Client and Dr. Croley. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
